Almost 3yo DS has gotten into his head that he wants a Pokemon birthday party. I wanted to do Dr. Seuss for younger DS. I plan to have a joint birthday party. It would be odd to mix two themes, right?

I'd do something that the older DS likes... and have elements (smaller, not as visible) for your younger DS (how old is younger DS?)... and as they get older maybe they'll have similar interests. Just a thought?

I only have one DC but I DID let him pick his theme for his 3rd Bday....as adament as he was about wanting Thomas the Train he became equally as adament about it being Chuggington themed 3 days before though The original theme prevailed though

I've done a double theme. I had John Deere for my three year old and Sesame Street for my one year old. I had a cake for one and cup cakes for the other one.
