Do you OPK twice a day?
When your waiting to O, when do you usually do your OPKs? For this cycle, I've been doing them only once with FMU and never got a smiley. I know a lot of girls OPK twice a day. Opinions? thanks

Last month was the first mo using OPK's. I only used them once a day after work around 6ish.

No, just once. I've only used them one month though.
ETA I do it in the afternoon or evening.

I usually use FMU. If it was close to + (I take line tests) in the morning, I take another in the afternoon.

I use the cheapie dollar tree ones once a day until I start to see the lines getting REALLY close in darkness. Then I switch to the digitals twice a day until I get the

Back when I used the line ones, I only did it once a day and I played by the rules. Held my pee for 4 hours with nothing to drink and POAS around 630pm.
I switched to digitals and did it mostly with FMU but during days when I seemed most fertile, I may have checked again in the afternoon. Now I used the CBEFM and the digital OPK's during peak days.

I used the First Response line OPK right after work at 5pm. When I knew O was approaching (ovary pain, change in CM) and I noticed the line darken, I would use a digital (just to confirm the + on the FR). So on those fertile days, I did use them 2x/day.

Good idea!!  Although I dont know if I'd be able to decipher the line and I think I would make myself crazy, but the digitals are pricey!
Anyway, I only test once a day, with FMU.
