Do you pay more insurance for living near the Mass Preserve?
Curious if you own a house on lakeshore blvd do you have to pay more home insurance for flood possibly?

i grew up by the preserve and yes my mom did have to get flood insurance... and let me tell you, we needed it!! our basement flooded a lot
