I keep one for my DD and will start one DS. I really enjoy keeping it and I have such a terrible memory I need to capture all these moments on paper.

I get lazy about filling DS book in! I write things on the calendar and at the end of the month go back and put it in his book!

our baby book
it even matches our wedding album!
it has spots for pictures, birth records, medical records / shots.... all with gorgeous graphics inside....
I also have the belly book to record all the events of our pregnancy... sometimes I was too busy to fill it out, but I did my best to keep current and record all of the major events. All of my belly pics and sono's are in there

I found mine today when I was looking for something else and sat down and read the whole thing front to back. It is one of the fill in books and my mom wrote all about how she went into labor and what I wore home. It also had a spot where it lists milestones so now I know when I sat up, rolled over, etc...
I really love it so I will do the same for my

Ya know what's funny? One would think I would be a KILLER scrapper. I taught art for two years. I am teaching art for summer school. I am pretty damn creative with crafts when I need to be and I know once Ed-lie (and her brothers/sisters) are old enough to make crafts, we will have a great time doing them. But I just gave away a boat load of stamping/scrapbooking stuff to friends because in my own home, it just sat and took up space that I do not have. I am simply more inclined to fill in a baby book than to sit with glue and paper.

DD is 3 mths and I have been very bad about keeping up her baby book. It's on my to do list. But I feel like there are already dates of events I've forgotten about. It's hard to keep up with when you're busy with baby! I"m hoping this week to catch up!
