Do you plant your mums?

Usually I just place them all around my front porch. I like the look of them planted in the ground...Chat Icon I don't know.

i planted one in a pot last year... it came back this year and i just added another one to the pot yesterday. my others aren't planted; just on the front porch steps and in a hanging basket in the back.

Normally I don't, but this year being we're in our own home I might do a few, but I will still keep some in pots.

Most of mine I planted this year. The guy in the nursery told me to cut them back when they grow in size and start to look gangly, and they should come back in the spring.

I tried this last year, but someone in my co-op complex yanked them out. They looked dead, I guess they thought they weren't coming back.

I plant some of them and some of them I keep in pots around my other decorations ie; bail of hay and corn stalks and pumpkins....... etc......
