yes, I read it, and no, i don't usually agree.
She doesn't answer much - she usually pushes all "good" questions/problems to professionals, but when she DOES answer, I feel she's a little old-fashioned and conservative. At least for NY.

but some of her answers are a tad old fashioned....
sometimes i think to myself "lady, get with the program here - its 2006!"
