I wear the same one everyday and never take it off. I've had it for over 2 years.

I still wear a watch. I don't walk around with my phone in my hand so it's much easier for me to look at my wrist than to fumble in my pocket for a phone.
This.
Plus, I think taking out a cell phone to look at the time is super unprofessional.
