Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
Yup. I have two comforters that I switch between for Fall, Winter and Early Spring and then a light quilt that I use for the warmer months.
They're all in the green/brown family.

Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
No, I don't. I have a very regal rich look to my set and I have matching window treatments and even a bed crown with the same fabric draped, so it would be a pain to match it up. I do change up the sheets with either a nice rich white or a rich plain colored gold colored sheet set when I get sick of changing the sheets with the same ones that came with the set (I have 4 sets of the same printed matching sheets). I also don't use the comforter that comes with the set to sleep, but rather the goosedown comforters.

Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
Yes...but I don't change colors. I favor cream colored bedding (at least for now) so I keep the same coverlets, just remove the duvet. Sometimes I'll use just the duvet cover...I'll probably keep the cover folded at the end of the bed for an additional layer.

Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
I have two, my dark brown comforter set for the fall/winter and my lighter multi color duvet for the spring/summer. I have to change mine soon.

Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
Yes...
I put on a lighter blanket for the spring/summer. I have a few different summer blankets so I tend to change them up - about twice a month...or as I get bored...
Sheets the same thing...although I tend to favor more lighter colored sheets in the spring/summer...prob in my head but I feel like they are cooler when you get in the bed...hahaha

Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
I do and I just toned down the colors.
I bought a new set, including throw pillows. I'm not sure how many times I'll do this, maybe just buy another one and keep it in the rotation.

Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
I do. My fall/winter bedding is a maroon & gold & very heavy.
My spring/summer is a light blue with beige & gold. It is a lighter comforter & the curtains also are more sheer.
We do not use the comforters though when we sleep, they are just for show...

Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
I change to a lighter blanket but it's the same color as the winter one! I love the colors we have in our bedroom, so I like to keep it all together

Me too. I have a summer quilt. The colors coordinate with my winter comforter, so the same sheets are used.

Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
I switch blankets, but not colors really...we have a down comforter with a navy duvet for the winter. It's already off...DH is a little warmer than me...I have a thinner comforter for the warmer season. Right now I have an extra blanket with that b/c the down is just tooo much.

Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
I switch my bathroom, master bedroom, and spare bedoom decor by season....
Last week I put up my spring shower set, and spring bedding....In June summer stuff will be up, Sept fall goes up, and then Dec winter goes up. It drives Joe crazy, but I love it. It just helps me switch gears for the seasons
I know i'm wierd

Re: do you switch your bedding for summer?
We leave our comforter but I take off the blanket underneath in the summer. We have 2 central air vents in our bedroom though and it's freezing so maybe I should leave it!
