My boyfriend took a week off when I had Rylan...after that it was 100% me.

It was DH and I until he went back to work after 3 weeks. After that, I was alone and did fine.

My DH was with me for about 8 weeks-I took maternity leave for 7. I do all the night care and work full time from home and traveling within 2 states. I have a great babysitter now who comes almost every day and DH is home sometimes but not often.
Once you get to know your baby it will be a piece of cake. You will get to know her cries and when she is tired. That happened for me around 2 months or so

honestly, my first day home from the hospital my DH went to work and my Mom came by. After 3 days home, I was solo with my DS. It wasn't too bad.
Same as me - I actually preferred it that way - I could do my own thing, find my own routine and walk around in my pjs unshowered without having to worry about offending anyone!

DH took off for the first week and my mother stayed with us for a week also. It was such a help.. she cooked and cleaned.. helped in the middle of the night with BF'ing. Oh I hope she does it again  lol

1st child: she was born on a Wednesday, dh went back to work on Monday.
2nd child: he was born on a Friday, dh went back to work on Monday.
I had no other help.

Aw, you'll do fine. My DH didn't take even one day off and my mom and MIL were both working at the time. If I survived, ANYONE can especially since when I tell you I had NO experience with babies...I had NO experience with babies!
And I've kept her alive for 3.5 years and counting!!!
Same here. 10 + years and counting :)

My DH was home for a week and my mom would randomly come by after that. My sister also stayed with me for a week.
I was scared to be alone with my DD, but it was the anticipation of it that was scary. I have never been around babies before...only to admire from a distance. 
When I was actually alone with her, it wasn't nearly as scary as I had imagined. I actually loved it!
