Do you take your Vitamins in the AM or PM
I take my multi w/iron and all my other vitamins in the morning before I leave for work. On the days that I forget, I am definitely more tired and don't have as much energy. I constantly tell DH to take his vitamins and the AM. If he did, he wouldn't be tired. (He had a physical and all is fine and he's only about 20lbs overweight). DH constantly states that he will not have more energy during the day if he takes it in the AM. Also, has anyone ever heard that Men do not need iron supplements. Thanks

I actually take mine right after lunch. They are on my desk so I'll never forget....well except on the weekends! I get nauseas when I take them in the morning.

I am awake all night if I take my vitamins at dinner or later.

at night riht before bed w/ a bottle of water. i used to take in the am but i noticed that i was having upset stomach.
