Do you think if I buy provolone cheese, Prosciutto and olives today that they will stay fresh until Christmas Day?
I am going to the Bronx to the cemetery and was gonna stop at Arthur Avenue...

put the prociutto (in the paper wrapper) in a ziplock bag and it will stay fine.

I would buy them as close to Christmas as possible - You don't want to spend that kind of money when they won't be fresh. - If it's hard provolone, you'll be fine with buying it now and keeping it wrapped - But the prociutto and olives (I'm assuming they're calamata olives or something similar) will NOT be fresh a week later no matter how well you wrap them up -
