There are so many houses posted that when I was looking I would skip over the listings w no pic....It may have been dumb on my part, but I say yes - definitely include pics

As a buyer and a seller I highly recommend having pics. Like most people have already said, I would usually just pass by listings that didn't have pics and assume that the seller had a big something to hide. You don't have to post pics of every room - just post the ones that really show off your place to entice the buyers. Your RE agent obviously has experience but in my honest opinion, I think it would be a big mistake to not post pics. Sellers need to do more and more to attract buyers and pics are a huge part of it.

Good luck!!!

Yes. I would much rather know what a house looks like than do go ther having no idea. It will give an idea of whether yo should even take the time out to see the house.

As a seller, yes - you 100% want to put pictures up. I got my co-op for $37K less than the asking price largely because of this. As the other ladies have said, most people do not bother to even look at a place with no pictures. Granted, my place was no prize beforehand but the price was soooooooo good that someone else willing to put in a bit of elbow grease would absolutely have snatched it up had they taken time to look.

That said, as buyers, I *highly* recommend looking at houses that don't have pictures. They generally will have less 'traffic' than those that do and some of them might be in fine condition. IMO that's really a big part of getting a great deal on a house.

I agree - we have looked at pleanty of houses that had no pics - but they all needed a lot of work - so for someone who is looking and doesn't want to do a ton of work - I wouldnt even bother looking at a house on MLS with no pics.
