Do you think theres a big difference between these 2 calphalons

i registered for
Calphalon One nonstick 10p set for
599.99


It has everyday Anthony(the cook ) wanted. He chose it.
Calphalon brand
non stick surface
see through glass tops
steel handles

i just saw this in Target from Calphalon with everything Ant wants for 249.99 for the 12 piece set.

Do you think I should change it to the target one.
Maybe it cheap and not well made? But its Calphalon?

I have the first set plus additional pieces and it is really amazing cookware. I highly recommend it. I got it from my entire bridal party and we really love it.

I've never seen the other in person so I don't know.

the two are not even CLOSE in quality. Calphalon one rocks ... the cooking surface is amazing. I bet 1 year with this other Calphalon line and you'll be buying new pots.

I had a simply calphalon grill pan ... 9 months later in the garbabge. Bought a Calphalon One grill pan and 2 years later still is smooth and easy to clean.

I don't think you should change. Calphalon definitely makes different quality for different stores. I'd stick with the one you originally registered for. Besides you have to keep the cook happy.

Jess I have the complete set exactly like that. My DD's and their bf's gave it to me as a Christmas gift. I LOVE them! They bought the set at Linens & Things and the price was not as much as you posted. THey get a lot of use at my house and no problems what so ever! Maybe the only difference is the $$...Buy it at a department store vs Linens& Things is just a matter of $$ in the stores pocket imho! I have no clue if you have that store in NY...They are just like BB&B.

we have Calphlon 2 and love it! Its def. a better quality than the target Calphlon

Definitely not the same quality. While the Target set might be Caphalon the difference is kind of like buying a Rolls Royce vs. a Kia 0 - both cars buuuut.
