Do you think this is enough food for DS' 1st birthday party
Im having it at the Knights of Columus. We are having 30 adults and 10 kids.
Stuffed Shells
Chicken Franchese
Eggplant Rolatini
Sausage and Peppers
and Salad.
Im making the kids chicken nuggets and mac and cheese and bringing it over to the hall to same money.
I was thinking that it may not be enough food. Oh, I also bought chips, cheese doodles and pretzels.
What do you think?? I could always buy a 3 foot hero in addition

I think it's plenty. Sounds similar to what we are doing for DS' 1st bday party.

If its full trays I would think you should be good...
If you are worried you could always pick up a hero...they are relatively inexpensive and easy
