No. The babysitting is included in the price I pay per month but since I go 4 times a week I feel bad so I will give them $10 or $20 every few weeks. I usually don't have cash on me either.

I notice most gym goers who will give $1 per kid each time they go. If I did that the gym would cost me almost an extra $32 a month.

That is what I am thinking. The gym already costs us over $100 a month and if I was to tip everytime, it would be so much extra!! Maybe if I end up going a lot, I will give them something every few months but nothing crazy.

I just didn't know what the norm is and I didn't want me to look cheap or something

I have never tipped since the staff gets paid by the gym, and I also paid a monthly fee for the daycare.
