I wear both.... I am a teacher and therefore on my feet all day, but some of my heels are even more comfortable than flats. The flats hurt after some time. It is almost like your bare foot hitting a hard floor. Also, I am VERY SHORT and without heels my pants drag and eventually rip. I do not have time to get every pair of pants altered so I just wear heels.

Depends on the day. I tend to wear more heels over the summer and then flats during the winter.

I have to wear high heels. I feel under dressed if I put a pair of flats on. Don't get me wrong I have a pair of slippers under my desk at work ;) but I like my 3" heels. I've been lucky and bought the most comfortable pairs too. BCBG's, Aldo, and Guess. I could run marathons in them.
(Although all I have left are my BCBG peep toes... my Boston Terrier ate my other pairs) LOL
(I had to edit my post. I meant HAVE to wear high heels not HATE) OYE vey Monday mornings!

Mostly heels. As much as I love the flat shoes that are in style, my knees hate them! I am much more comfortable in heels and kitten heels than in something totally flat.
