sunscreen EVERY hour.

i'l italian and i still get dark brown. skin cancer is nothing to play around with

The highest sunscreen because, while I don't look that fair, I fry like an egg and have had skin poisoning more than once

sunscreen, every day.

skin cancer runs on both sides of my family.

and ANY color, brown or red, means your skin is damaged.

baking with sunscreen doesn't save you from the effects of the sun.

i do sunscreen after about an hr & a half

Would you believe I went for a skin cancer screening with DH last week and the dermatologist said to me that sun doesn't cause skin cancer it's genetic. I reported him to the AMA (there were other crazy tings he said to us, that was just one of them )

I'm ALWAYS covered.

I got my first real bad burn when I was 14 - and that is all it takes!!!

I worked on the beach as a teenager and I always had the umbrella and the Bull Frog and the cover ups.

I now make my DH put it on - he used to just go to the beach bare!!

I dp both. I put a high SPF sunscreen on then I bake!! Years of tanning salons really was one of the biggest mistakes of my life!

Bake with SPF4 or 8 dark tanning oil, except on my legs - they get SPF30 or higher. I very rarely show them and have had a really bad burn on them. Will try never to do that again.

only when Im at the beach- I wear like spf 15 on face always because of my make up. Then only 8 or 15 at the beach. Not everyday though- Im an olive skinned italian though- i rarely burn.

I always wear spf. I even wear makeup with spf in it.
