DOCTOR STRIPPED MY MEMBRANES!!!!
...and boy was it painful...but he said I should go into labor tonight and if I don't then tomorrow I am going to the hospital to see how much more I have dilated...if I am almost 4 cm he will induce me tomorrow! If not, then he will do it over the weekend!!!!

It's basically the most uncomfortable/painful internal exam that you can experience. The doc with forcefully sweep their finger around to separate the bag from the cervix.

I know that you've been in pain with your dislocated ribs. I'm sure it feels good to know that relief is near.
Yeah, if I don't go on my own, I'll definitely be induced on Monday. Since DS had issues withh regulating his blood sugar, she said this time she wouldn't let me go more than 2 or 3 days past my due date.
