Well, we had quite a bit done and we weren't happy with the work. We're hesitant to even bring the vehicle back to them.

Just wondering if anybody else had a similar experience.


As for what was done:
-installed remote starter
-installed DVD player in rear
-installed head unit
-installed backup camera
-installed power unit for diesel engine
and a bunch of other things.

We were really specific about what we wanted/how things should function. We typed out 3 pages so they could review it and let us know if there would be any conflicts/issues. They told us everything was fine...no prob. What they told us it would take 2 days, took over a week and every night was a phone call from them telling us how they couldn't get something to function.

The ceiling in my vehicle is hanging down, there are wires coming out on the side, they didn't clean up after themselves (food wrappers in the truck, along with lots of scrap wire), the glove compartment is scrapped up...you name it. I'm ******.

They've redeemed themselves.
