Does Anyone Bring Their DC To Work?
I am planning to take 3 or 4 months off after I have the baby, but I was thinking of coming in after 6 weeks on a p/t basis and bringing the baby with me. I would enroll her in daycare after the Summer and go back to working full time (that way I'm not paying for infant care AND Summer camp full time).
I would only do it sporadically while DS is finishing up the school year and for the few sproadic weeks he is at the camps I'm signing him up for. I just wonder what the baby will do for those few hours. I mean, I'll have the swing, and I assume she'll sleep most of the time early on and wake to eat, but I guess I feel sort of "neglectful" having her sit here. I am thinking I'm really going to need to the money though and they are really going to need the help here. I have my own office, so if she is cranky, I can always shut the door.
Does anyone else bring their DC to work?

I do, but DD is now 6 months old and it is hard, I will be starting daycare probably in May. It is very hard, I feel guilt that I can't give her the attention she needs and guilt that I can not give my job 100% of me.
