We get pre-tax dollars taken out now but the 1st year my husband's job didn't offer it. Of course you should claim it. It is your right to do so. But if you use a person to watch your child, not a center, and they don't claim the income you cannot claim it.

Yes. You can also claim after-care and winter, spring and summer camps. We never knew we could claim camps too and never had.
