Does anyone do yoga??
i found a place near my house and was thinking about trying it out.
can you really lose weight from it?

Its more that you will get toned and lean. Yuo will prob lose inches as well if youre consistent w/ it. But you cant just do it 1x a week. If thats all you can do/afford, you should def supplement w/ other weight training and cardio if weight loss is your goal

I try to do it at home with videos, which never happens.
I did take pre-natal yoga when I was PG and I really liked it. It kept me from getting too stiff toward the end of my pregnancy.

Same thing here. Loved prenatal yoga....can't get into tapes now though.
