Does anyone else feel light headed from the heat today?

I took DS out this morning to run some errands and am home now with the AC blasting but still feel light headed. The heat and humidity is killing me.

I feel like that so much lately!! Keep drinking cold water use an ice pack on your neck it helps!

I went for a walk with our puppy... I try to walk daily...and I thought I was gonna die when I got home... was verrry light-headed. Your not alone. Now I'm freezing in the office...so go figure LOL

i was like that yesterday, i went into the $1 store and walked out and called dh bc there did national nite out in our town, and they had a small car show. Well i was waiting outside for him and it just hit me.

I had to call him and tell him i was heading home to enjoy the car show by himself. ( i kinda felt bad)

I felt the same way the other day from the heat. I was shakey and lightheaded. Once I put the air on full blast I started to feel better
