Does anyone else feel like their body got older after having children?
After 2 vaginally deliveries with the last weighing in at nearly 9lbs I have aches and pains from my hips down. I am lucky to even get up off the floor sometimes. Anyone else have this problem??

Oh i'm right with ya. My knees crack, my hips pop. My hand falls asleep now out of nowhere cause of my carpal tunnel has gotten worse since #2.
I feel my eyes struggling. My feet hurt, i'm a mess!
But i love being a mommy

I dont know what happened to mine. I cant get up either. Well I can but I feel like I am 400 pounds getting up. Maybe for me its bc of the c-section...who knows. Energy??? I have none

yes i feel older then again i am turning 37 this summer  i'm sure stress/worry/nursing etc. and not having a decent uninterrupted night of rest in a year doesn't help things
