Does anyone else get a ton of attention when they wear their baby in a sling?
Oh my goodness! I was food shopping with Chase before and I had him in the sling so I could push a cart, and every 10 feet I walked it felt like someone was stopping me to ask me about the sling and the baby, or people were pointing and talking about it. Now, this isn't the first time this has happened, but today was more than usual. Every time I wear the baby, I feel like people are constantly pointing and staring! I mean, everyone means well and I guess not everyone knows what a sling is, but my word a lot of people stopped me, at least 10!

We only had a baby bjorn, but I wasn't the one to get the attention - DH was!

YES!! Every time he is in the baby bjorn, people stop to look at him.
I personally like to carry him in the bjorn better than using the stroller because I am clumsy with those wheels.

I didn't wear a sling (just a regular carrier) and I wish I did.
there is something so beautiful about seeing a baby like that. so I probably do stop and stare 
I just find it very moving and lovely.

Yup. I wore both kids in a sling or Mei Tei. I always had people looking & asking what it was. I also got lots of comments on how happy they looked in there & on how convenient & what a good idea those were.

I just recently bought the Moby. It was SOOO helpful for our recent trip to NY...I was able to wear him and be hands-free on the plane. I got so many comments about how adorable he was and you'd think I was a celebrity when I got off the plane

Yes! When I flew here last week I wore Immi in a Mei Tai (OMG Best sling ever) and lots of people asked me about it! People were watching me put it on and take me off. It was great!

When I wore DS in my Maya Wrap in Whole Foods almost every single person stared, and several commented on it. A few asked if there was a baby in there.  What did they think I was wearing, a babydoll?

I got it all the time when I would go out with the 2 in the stroller and the baby in the sling. Once someone even commented and said What is this daycare on a field trip?
