Does anyone else have an issue with the World Trade Center Project being
3 billion dollars overbudget and 3 years behind???? Where is the accountability for such mismanagement? If this happened in the private sector, the company and employees would be fired. Why is it acceptable in a public venture?

I don't know Isn't there HUD dollars involved as well as Port Authority?
