Yes. I have had to dial the are code (even if it was the same area code I was in) for about a year now.

Does anyone else have to dial 516 when calling another Nassau number from a landline?
We have since I switched to Verizon. I usually did anyway since there was ten digit dialing where I used to live and where I work (although I guess it is 9 digit dialing in the dame area code).
