Does anyone else watch "Mad Men" on AMC?
I just started watching the first season on demand...i LOVE this show!! I also love the advertising industry, it's so interesting to me...I think the show started a bit slow but now love it..
Any other fans??

I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!
This season is starting off a little slow, but I am giving it time.
I think its overall, very well written. I love the look of the show, and how accurate they are with the 1960 setting.
Great characters!! I love it!!!

I was going to post about this last night. I LOVE this show! I could just look at Don Drapper all dat  The sets, costumes are so stylish and pitch perfect!
It cracks me up to see people swilling cocktails at work. Did people really smoke EVERYWHERE  ?
We DVR'd he first season the other week and watched in a few nights and are all caught up. It is my new favorite show on television.

I cant believe you just posted this!!! I am on episode 3 in season 1.. I LOVE IT!!! My DH has been begging me to watch it with him. He watched the 1st season w/out me. I fought him for so long!!  how stupid!! he was right the whole time now I have to catch up! Its so good!

We're watching it on demand too!!! 
Im absolutely obsessed, I think we are on episode 8 on Season 1.
I LOVE that they drink through breakfast lunch and dinner!
And I LOVE the dresses the housewives used to wear!!
Our On demand says the first season expires on August 10th so we are whipping through them.

So glad to see other fans. If you look at the related topics I posted about this show last year and got NO replies...... Very depressing to have no one to talk to yet.
LOVE the new season- Peggy's storyline is heartbreaking to me.

my dh loves this show and i'm just starting to get into it. i find it amusing that this couldnt be on regular tv because of the smoking. the drinking and sex was o.k. but not the smoking.

I so wished I had started watching this last year when you posted..I had no clue about the show!!
We watch 2 episodes each night to get caught up. I am in love with it, there is something about that time that is so intriguing....and yes, Don Draper is so so so hot!!

No, just season one. Season 2 is on ondemand now as well so we'll go to 2 when we fisinish 1. I think we are up to episode 9 right now

I cant get out of my house today!!! I have already watched 4 episodes just today!!! I cant believe what went on.. there is so much that just shows up. you have to catch it all. I was dying when the friend smacked don's son in the face for running in the house!! he would be in jail today!! That was horrible!!!

argh, must've not seen your posts last season. I watched it too and absolutely love this show.
I'm in advertising too, so its extra funny to me to watch
I love Peggy's story, and how Joan got super catty in the last episode. They seem to be fleshing ot the characters a lot more this season.
Not a big fan of the wife though..

My mother's been watching since it first aired and has been bugging me to watch it, too. I'm so glad I found this thread! I had NO idea there was AMC On Demand. I'm totally going to watch it now.

We watched the entire first season then moved onto the second season. I heard good things, but hate getting in on a show in the middle. So we DRV'd the marathon and watched it in order. I even saved the Entertainment Weekly with the MM cover story to read AFTER seeing the 1st season.
I was at Ann Taylor Loft and they had clothes that looked like that era and bought a hot pink coat with looks like something Joanie would wear 
Best show on right now!

This is honestly the best show on TV and I actually feel bad for people who don't watch it - they are totally missing out!
I watched it from day one and ever since then I was hooked. I was interested in it from the beginning since I am in the ad biz as well. My how things have changed. Well, people still act like that somewhat I guess...
I just love the whole look and feel and just everything about the show! The set design, the outfits, the props, the words, everything....its just brilliant!
The story lines are so well written. I can't wait to see how everything pans out with Peggy...I won't get too much into season 2 yet for those who are still on season one. ENJOY!
