does anyone have a fabulous ob that delivers at NSUH Manhasset?
Just wanted to keep my options open because I don't particularly feel comfortable with one of the obs in my practice. Thanks so much in advance for sharing your ob!

Dr. Trongone. He's head of OB at NSUH. he delivered DS#2 and will be delivering DD in 49 days. He also delivered 2 of my girlfriends kids one has 3 of them.
Hes amazing!

I dont have any dr recs but coming from someone who just changed Drs at almost 20weeks, if you are not 100% happy with the practice you are at CHANGE!!! I questioned my Dr's practice from before I got PG but liked my Dr.....finally at my last appt I couldn't take the practice anymore and made a decision to move. I have never been happier. My new dr is how I expected it to be.
Just do it earlier than later cause at some point it might just be too late to make the move.

I go to the same practice! I usually see Sadaty but I've seen a few of the doctors there and they're fabulous!

This is my first pregnancy. I am pregnant with  . I love Dr. Trongone! He is so calm and reassuring. Since I am pregnant with twins, I go to the hospital for my sonos.
At my last sono, the tech asked me who my OB was. I told her Dr. Trongone and she raved about him. She said when he is there for a delivery, the nurses fight over who gets to work with him. She said they all adore him and even if the world is falling apart around him, he is so calm no matter what. That made me feel really good.

I go to Dr. Trongone and think he's really great. He is calm, takes his time, and just exudes a sense of trust. I never question or second guess anything he says (and Im a second guesser!)

Dr. Victor Klein....he is excellent! I loveee him!!! and so does everyone else at NSUH! His practice is great! Dr. Alkasab and Dr. Cho are also part of the practice. They are good too

For those who use Dr. Trongone, what happens if he isn't available when you deliver? I've been looking into his office and I'm just nervous that he has a private practice.

I got ot preferred woman's health in woodbury. they also have an office in great neck. I've seen all the OB's but Dr. Morris-Rush is my primary and I really like her.

I go here too. Dr. Melgar was my primary. I liked them all..then Dr. Gilad Greenberg delivered DD and i  him!! He's a sweetheart!

did you find the staff helpful and caring? i've heard good things about dr. klein but heard that the staff isn't so great. also dr. nimaroff in that practice (might be dr. on call during delivery) i researched had malpractice settlements in his record....
