Does anyone have a good white pizza recipe?

We've got a tub of ricotta and a nice ball of pizza dough at home that needs to be used up. I see a bunch of recipes on the net but it's hard to tell what's good sometimes.

I have seen lots of variations. This is what I would do personally:

Roast a head of garlic and spread it as a base on the crust. Dot with ricotta and sprinkle mozzarella on top, maybe some crushed red pepper flakes. Drizzle with EVOO before baking. You could add spinach or broccoli, too.

They key for me is to have flavor because white pizza can be thick, gummy and bland.
