Can't we all just chip in for a hotel for you? (No time share but I'd be glad to contribute) Also if you want to do NY for a weekend, I can help out with that.

check out this site....i rented a timeshare in aruba from someone last year through this web site it was great!

We( My Il's) have a condo in Acapulco if you want to go there- its a quick flight from HoustonChat Icon

ETA- Dh & I did a couple of trips on the cheap a few years ago through
Skyauction. We stayed in Aruba @ the Playa Linda next door to the Hyatt for like 300. for a week.

We also stayed in FLorida @ Singer Island for like 200 or 250 for the week, it was a beautiful timeshare that we rented for nothing.
We haven't used the site in years, but here it goes:Skyauction

A1 vacation rentals - we have rented condos from there

Also rentalo - you put in what you want and they email it to you. When you are done, you can opt out of the search.


These are some great and inexpensive options- most of the owners are flexible with thier rates.
