It's been a while, and they may have changed ingredients.
Cheerios
Gerber puffs (I want to say the Sweet Potato ones)
Lots of crackers are dairy free (Club, Townhouse, Ritz)
Cereals - rice krispies, chex

Gerber Puffs-sweet potato, cherry, corn(if you can find em)
Target Up and Up puffs
Earths Best blueberry o's
There is also a milk free teether biscuit avail;able at Whole Foods in the baby aisle I forget the name but its in a light blue box
