Does anyone have an air purifier or air washer?
Is it really worth it?
What kind do you have?
ETA: Does it reduce the amount of dust in your home?

We have an ionic breeze air purifier in our bedroom. The difference in the air in our room is amazing...it even smells cleaner. Because of the cleaner air, DH snores less because of it. I can always tell when it's time to clean it out, because his snoring gets worse  We got it on sale and with a 20% off coupon at Bed Bath & Beyond and it was totally worth it.

I swear I could have written this word for word, from the snoring to where we got it. The only thing is, I don't think it actually reduces the amount of dust. NOTHING seems to reduce the amount of dust in my home. I highly recommend it though.

We have the one from Brookstone. It works really well and dh can sense when the "clean" light is going to come on. Its a little annoying to clean, but not that bad, and you don't have to buy filters for it. I agree with the AP that nothing seems to decrease the amount of dust in our apartment!
