Does anyone have experience with Graco customer service?
I got a Graco diaper bag at my baby shower (less than two months ago) and I have been using it since about a week after DS was born. It has a magnet and then the snap closure. Well, I noticed the other day that the snap closure just ripped off from the top of the bag and now it doesn't snap shut. Should I contact Graco and see if they will replace it? I don't have the receipt or even the gift reciept.
And did this happen to anyone else with this bag?

I have the same bag and it sucks. My had ripped too so I called customer service and they sent me another one with no problem but now the second one ripped too. I am going to buy another kind of bag.
