Does anyone have light brown./ dark beige carpeting?

I am replacing two spare bedrooms in my house, second floor hallway and stairs landings. I want a neutral color but am sick of beige. I looked at a very light brown. Is this too dark? I figured it would look good on my stairs landing with my wood floor in hallway and front door.
