Does anyone have tinnitus?

What do you do for it?
It is so upsetting that I have this - its been going on for a YEAR. I constantly have ringing in my ears. I saw an ENT who told me there was nothing he could do. I saw an acupuncturist, that didn't work. I went to a dentist who specialized in TMJ but my insurance won't cover any treatment and I can't afford the apparatus beyond the night guard, which didn't work.
Does anyone know of anything I can do to at least get rid of it a little. It is so loud and the only way I can escape it is to play music or something that is louder than the ringing or go to sleep.
Its depressing!

so sorry you are going through this. I have a bit of it but it doesn't really bother me.

My dad has it and he had to stop doing piano tuning because he can't hear it higher registers anymore. (i just think he's hard of hearing)

Anyway, not much advice here but I wanted to let you know you're not alone.

my dad also suffers and says that yoga has helped
