You can't park within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.

I wouldn't make it a deal breaker. I have never heard anyone (buyers) say they have concerns about having a fire hydrant in front of the house. Nor have I ever de-valued a house on which I was doing a market analysis for that reason.
I think as long as there is some parking, it's not an issue. Usually the fire hydrants are kind of in between houses, not smack in front of a house. So if that's the case, and you can park in front of your house, and there is a driveway as well, I wouldn't let it be a deal breaker.
But then again, as I tell all of my clients, it's your money, and you will be the one to live there. So if it will make you unhappy with the house, then it's a deal breaker for you!

My mom has one in front of her house but was never a concern for us, she can easily fit 4 cars in her driveway plus the double garage. Check with your homeowners, she has State Farm & they give her a $100 discount for it. Easy accessibility in case of a fire.

My parents house has a fire hydrant in front but there is still room for 2 cars to park and she's on the corner so there is parking on the side as well. Not a deal breaker for me as long as we could make it work.
