I have a stair machine for that.
Well, if worse comes to worse you can never have enough equipment to hand your wet clothes on in the basement!

I've gotten some exercise from similar pieces of equipment. It's a lot of work carrying the box in the house, assembling the piece, then moving it to a corner of the house after I haven't used it for several months....

I think you might be better off skipping the fad exercise machines and doing some old fashioned cardio.
I bought a mini stepper and it sits behind my couch now.
I agree. I really do not think that they work and the only way to get rid of any fat is to do cardio to burn it and then tone by done standard ab exercises.

I was wondering the same thing about the "leg magic"
I read in a review that the program they give you includes only a few minutes of work on the actual machine and then a bunch of floor exercises.

I can attest that the ab lounge will hold our mat for the front and back doors like a champ. The best drying piece of equipment ever.
