The tree lighting is on Monday, November 28th. Im not sure what time though...I'd guess 6 or 7pm.
Sam Champion is lighting the tree this year

Tree Lighting Take part in a New York City tradition at the 73rd Annual Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. The 2005 Tree Lighting Ceremony will be a star-studded event broadcast live on NBC. Hundreds of thousands of people are expected to visit the most famous tree in the world again this year to celebrate the holidays at Rockefeller Center.
