There is really no way to find out when it will be coming. I work for verizon and we aren't told until it becomes available. A good way to tell it will be coming soon is that you will see lots of verizon trucks laying the cable. Sorry I couldn't be of more help

We're in Brookhaven (Blue Point) and I heard not for two years...but I don't know how true it is.
