does anyone know where i can take a turtle

DH has Common snapping turtle and would like to re-home him. does anyone know of somewhere we can bring him? a rescue or something? thanks!

Dr Hoeffer does exotics. i think she's in port jeff

she's wonderful i used to drive to her from queens with my bunny years ago

She is looking to rehome him, not find a vet for him.

I've seen bunnies up for adoption in cages in her office. Maybe they can help

maybe try Long Island Turtle rescue, or the name might be Turtle rescue of Long island, I am not sure of the exact name.... they have a FB page or google them. I know someone who used them to rehome a turtle. Hope this helps.

Dr. Hoefer is in Huntington on Jericho, Island exotic, she may have a suggestion.

Also Dr. Monaco does exotics, he may also.
