Does anyone use Smithtown Pediatric Group?
One of the doctors there was recommended to me by someone, (Dr. James Parles) and two of their doctors were in Newsday's top 20 pediatricians.
Does anyone have any experiences with them?
I am on bedrest so I can't go interview any peds, I have to go solely on recommendations...

All I know is I have been trying to get an appointment with that DR for DD and I am on a "waiting list" to be called to get an appointment. 
Needless to say, I am still searching.

I switched from there. DD has had reactions to vaccines and I wanted to split the MMR (back when it was not an issue to order it split). My ped told me that they decided as an office in 2004 not to allow split vaccines. Nothing about research, facts or how the situation pretained to my DD personally. That was it for me. I am not going to be bound by decisions made before my DD was even born. I go to Branch Pediatric now and am very happy.

They were a recommendation for me from a co worker and I have since learned that 4 other people I know use them and are happy! But all with diff drs
ETA: I have never seen that Dr, I have met him, but thats all! However I love my dr!

My son goes there, has been for over 9 years. Not crazy about his doc to be honest (Bernstein). I typically bi-pass him for all the specialized stuff anyway (developmental delays, etc.).

Lily goes there to see Dr. Inkeles. She's very nice and easygoing.
So far we've been happy with the experience there. One time, we saw Bernstein when Lily was just a few weeks old and I wasn't thrilled with him.
