Does anyone watch Girls on HBO?
This show kills me. I wasn't sure about it after the first two episodes, but it's my favorite show right now. The dialogue kills me and I think Lena Durham is so talented.

And when I was 16 I dated a 21 year old guy (I know, I know) who WAS Adam. Looked like him, talked like him... it's eerie.

I watched a couple of episodes and also thought it was funny. My DH doesn't want to watch it, but I think he would like it if he tried. I am going to record it and start watching regularly

What did you think about the Marnie/Jessa thing?
I think Marnie is going through her experimental phase since she broke up with Charlie, and Jessa is the perfect person to do it with!!
Does anyone dislike Shoshanna as much sd I do????

I love this show! Marnie's my least favorite character, but I have to say...I know a lot of girls like her. Adam cracks me up.

Loooove this show!!! Adam totally creeps me out for some reason..lol.. I really like all the characters especailly Hannah! The scene with her and her gay ex was hysterical!!! LOL

Im really liking this show. Adam is such a bizarre character. Loved how he said he was sorry, but not sure I could ever deal with his up/downs. And no one mentioned the PEE incident LOL. The actress who plays Hannah is so fearless in how she shows her body so openly and seemingly carelessly, as an overweight woman. I give her props!
Also, i think Shosana was supposed to be wearing tights. Was hoping they would address what happened to her after the "crackcident" in Sunday's episode. Disappointed they didnt.
Love how everyone always hates on Hannah for the things they do themselves. Hypocritical 25 year olds. Go figure!

I love the show. Loved the party episode the most. Last week's episode was eh. ITA that Lena Dunham is incredibly talented. How many people do you know that write, produce, act, and direct a show? I agree that she's fearless with the whole nudity thing. Idk if I would call her overweight. I think she looks more like the "average" woman, just not like the actresses we typically see on TV and in movies.
Just curious though...how is she paying for her apartment without a job right now?

I love, love, love this show. It's brilliant! I really like all of the characters, they remind me so much of people I know IRL and my life before I had children.
I think the part where Adam asks Hannah to step on his ballz is hilarious. Shoshanna smoking crack was awesome- don't tell my mom, don't even tell me.  Love it!

Did you guys know that the actress who plays Jessa (Jemima Kirke) is actually married with a baby daughter? I read an article about Lena in Rolling Stone....the two of them went to high school together. Lena's mom couldn't even believe that someone as cool as Jemima wanted to be friends with Lena

Yes, and I read on the TWOP forum that her husband is a lot older than she is, so when they were at the bar in the last episode and she thought the drinks came from the old dude, it was a little inside joke, like she's attracted to old men.
