Does anyone wear a nightguard mouth piece at night for teeth clenching
Has anyone had to do this? I just started wearing one from my dentist. I am curious, does your's fit on top and throughout most of the top teeth?

I was actually just fitted for mine, getting it next visit. But my mom has one (same dentist) and she said it fits the bottom set of teeth.

I used to wear one - it just clamped on to my top 4 teeth.

I have worn one for 20+ years for TMJ and grinding. I wear it every night.
Ok, I didnt wear it when I first met my husband and we had our first few sleepovers.
Mine fits on the top and stays in place by 2 metalballs/brackets. Its VERY comfortable.
Take it with you EVERY time you get a teeth cleaning.
PS. It covers all of my top "molar type" teeth. There is a space for my 2 front teeth and 2 side teeth.
