Does being sick decrease milk supply?
I've always had a great supply but Ihave this horrible cold/ache thing and Kyle has been real fussy at the breast lately. Usually I can easily get 4 oz per breast when I pump but now i'm lucky to get 2. Could it be from being sick? Should I pump after his feedst to bring it back up?

The same thing happened to me when I was sick-it last quite a long time as well even after feeling a little better. My supply did eventually return though.

Yes, I noticed a slight dip right now, I have a URI and ear infection. I am drinking water like a mad woman and it does help it.

That happened to me also a few weeks ago when I had bronchitis/sinus infection
