Not to scare you, but the board of directors of Commerce just ousted founder Vernon Hill from his position as chairman, and the bank is under investigation by the feds.
Bank of America has an awesome mortgage right now.

my friend used commerce and her closing was a nightmare! i felt so bad for her.. to top it off her hubby worked for commerce at the time.
