Does My Gym and Little Gym count crawling infants as part of the headcount?

Does My Gym and Little Gym count crawling infants as part of the headcount?
We got invited to a birthday party at Little Gym. It was an invitation from a mom's group I am in where many moms have kids with siblings. I told the mom that I would be bringing both boys. All the moms in the mom's group bring the baby sibling to all events.
Just wondering if my crawling baby would be included in the headcount.
I was originally planning to give one gift. Now I'm thinking I should give double the gift if the baby counts in the headcount.

The little gym in greenvale (that is the one we go to) says they only count the kids that eat the pizza. HTH

Hmmmm...my 10 month old eats more than my almost 3yo!
