Does salt make your belly fat?
I've been dieting for a couple of months now, but my belly is huge. I mean, it seems to be getting bigger. I eat A LOT salt. I always add salt to just about everything I eat including salad. DH gets so grossed out when I do this. I thought maybe this was the reason why I'm so bloated all the time.

I heard that too much salt can make you retain water...maybe try cutting back a little and see if you notice a difference
