does testing HAVE to be done on cd3?
I was supposed to get AF over last weekend and go in for my cd3 test, but I still haven't gotten AF. If I don't get it today, that may put cd3 over the weekend. Would that mean I can't get the test this month? Would I have to wait a whole other month?

I know you can usually get blood work done on the weekend.

Where are you having the CD3 testing done? At a doctor's office or a lab? Many labs are open on the weekend, did your doc give you a script or were you supposed to just go back to your doctor's office?
Perhaps call them and see what they say--but I'm sure you could go to a lab over the weekend if need be.

You could always call your doc and find out what their wknd hours are....and if there isn't much availability you could ask for a script for the tests and go to the lab that your insurance covers, and have it done there. I've been doing a lot of testing lately and my doc gave me scripts for bloodwork that I took to Good Samaritan hospital cause their lab is open 7 days a week with great hours.

I just called the office and they don't have weekend hours, so I left a message for the Dr to let me know if I can go directly to the lab over the weekend. Now I have to wait for her to call me back.

man that has to be frustrating! i hope they can give you a script you can pick up and go elsewhere. i know docs need days off too--but seriously--you gotta work during the week!

Possibly, it all depends when TBAF shows up. I have also read that it's better to do it on cd2 than cd4.
