Does this happen to anyone else? TMI alert
Does anyone else get brown spotting a few days before AF? This happens to me every month, but no one can give me a straight answer if it's normal. Anyone??

Last cycle I had that my entire LP. I called the doctor b/c I was concerned and he said it's mid cycle bleeding and since I recently stopped bcp that could be causing it as well. He wasn't concerned at all.

are you or were you previously on bc? if it happens every month to you, than i would say it sounds normal for you. have you mentioned this to your doctor?

I used to get this when I was on BCP and the dr wasn't concerned at all.

I was, but went off b/c last December. Its happened every month since. No one seems to think it's a big deal, but it doesn't happen to anyone else I know... so I was just checking.

It's totally normal. browing staining is old blood from a previous cycle. No worries!
